Jorge Suárez
Civil engineer with more than thirty-two years of experience in the oil and gas area, successfully leading operations and projects of major pipelines locally and internationally. Motivated and open to promote change and accept new responsibilities, focused on achieving corporate and personal goals, permanently promoting innovation and creativity.
Extensive knowledge and solid experience in the successful management of complex operations of hydrocarbon transport systems and in the formulation, development and execution of major oil and gas pipeline projects, in Colombia and in North America. Solid experience in the development and execution of major projects from the conceptualization of projects, development engineering for feasibility, structuring of the business case and feasibility study, financing, construction, commissioning and operation of projects.
Experience in major divestment and acquisition processes at Enbridge (strategy and due diligence in processes in Colombia and Panama, among others). Extensive experience in regulatory processes for pipelines and gas pipelines in Colombia, Canada and the United States, specialist in the formulation and implementation of an emergency response system for pipelines, formulation, provision and operational implementation of contingency plans against oil spills and crisis management. Direct experience in the design of strategies and their implementation to manage the physical security of pipelines and other oil facilities in Colombia, both in construction and operation stages.

José Fernando Jiménez Gordillo
Industrial Engineer from Javeriana University, Master in Operations Research from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) and PhD in Automation and Systems Engineering from the University of Valenciennes (France).
For 10 years he has worked at the Javeriana University where he has served as a professor in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Production, Operations Optimization, Simulation, Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
He has worked at Hewlett Packard, ETB and Dunkin Donuts in the supply chain area. He has participated in consulting projects at Dunkin Donuts, Logyca, Unibol and Impala, and has been a consultant to companies in supply chain logistics. Eliana María González Neira
Industrial Engineer, Master in Industrial Engineering and PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with experience in university teaching, research in optimization of operations and statistics, design and administrative management of production and logistics systems and quality management systems in companies industrial. Seven-year career in inventory design and management, operations analysis, statistical control of demand planning processes, production planning, operations planning and management, and design and audit of quality management systems; and nine years in teaching, research and academic / administrative management in the area of operations research for the optimization of logistics and production processes.
